Once a prescription is submitted to the pharmacy, it is processed and shipped per standard operating times. Generally, medications are shipped using an expedited shipping service, and delivery may take several business days. Upon processing, you will receive a notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress. Ensure your contact details are up-to-date to receive timely updates.

How Multi-Month Plans Ship

Multi-month plans do not ship one month at a time. The full supply for each plan period is sent in batches:

  • 3-month plan: Entire 3-month supply ships in a single shipment. Once sent to the pharmacy, there are no future shipments remaining.

  • 6-month plan: Supply ships in 2 shipments (roughly 3 months of medication per batch).

  • 12-month plan: Supply ships in 4 shipments (roughly 3 months of medication per batch).

This means that for a 3-month plan, once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, the entire order is in fulfillment and there is no "unfulfilled portion" available for cancellation or refund.

Cancellation Policies for Prescriptions

Effective prescription management necessitates timely decision-making. Once a prescription has been sent out to the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or modified for the current shipment. However, you retain the flexibility to cancel future shipments on 6-month and 12-month plans, depending on whether subsequent batches have been sent to the pharmacy yet.
