Our doctors will be monitoring you as you titrate up doses, so during these months, you will not be auto-charged as you will need to fill out a check-in questionnaire each month.

Once you are on a maintenance dose schedule, around month 4 or 5, you will be auto-charged and shipped the medication to the address on file. The doctor will set a certain number of refills for you, which is usually somewhere between 3 and 6.

After the refills run out, you will need to fill in another check-in questionnaire and you will not be shipped the medication or charged until this is completed. This is a long way of saying, some months you are not auto-charged, and other months you are.
