If you use a debit card the funds will be debited with a pending charge. If you pay with a credit card a hold is placed on your card after you place an order, and you are not charged until your script is sent to the pharmacy. If there is only a hold on your card, it should be removed in 3 - 5 days if the doctor does not write the prescription for whatever reason.
