How do I cancel?

If you want to cancel your treatment plan for any medication that has not yet had a prescription written, simply reach out to our customer support team. You can email us at [email protected] with the subject line 'Cancel my account.' Our team will assist you with the cancellation process promptly and efficiently. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, you can only cancel future shipments of the medication.

You can also cancel directly in the patient portal by going to: https://patient.effecty.com/ and following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Treatments

  2. Click on the Treatment under Active Treatments that you want to cancel

  3. Go to Plan and you can choose to Cancel or Pause Treatment
